Singaporean Laksa Noodles
We are very proud to bring this famous dish to London. The paste is first made by blending 14 number of herbs and spices before being cooked with smooth coconut milk and pandan leaves.
The dish contains an astonishing 11 ingredients: Rice vermicelli noodles, egg noodles, boiled egg, prawns, beansprouts, crispy shallots, fish cake, chicken, mint leaves, tofu, and green beans.
Chicken or Vegetable Gyoza Dumplings
Our gyozas are handmade and cooked in the traditional way. They are part-steamed/pan-fried way leaving the gyozas with a crispy bottom, but still soft. Click here to watch them being cooked.
Delicious served with Chinese Chinkiang black vinegar, which sounds unusual but the sourness perfectly complements the dumplings. Or of course you can stick with with our own Smoked Chilli Garlic.
You can buy them uncooked to take home.
All our noodle dishes are made with fresh egg, rice or udon noodles. Also, they are all made to order, so it is always hot and fresh. Click here to watch the noodled being stir-fried in a wok.
We use a soy sauce mixture blended to our own recipe, that includes an astonishing 4 varieties of soy sauce.
Inspired by the very popular aromatic crispy duck, we have created our own duck wrap. The duck is roasted with a blend of 16 herbs and spices. The shredded duck, lettuce, cucumber & spring onions, homemade duck sauce and soft wrap makes it incredibly moreish.
The duck sauce not only contains the hoisin sauce that most people are familiar with, it contains a further 9 ingredients.

Elephant Garlic Miso Soup
Our miso soup is given an extra kick with the addition of elephant garlic miso. The soup is served with shitake mushroom, wakame seaweed, fresh tofu, and spring onion.
